**The Role**:
Welcome to the role of Reservation Sales Associate

Be part of the Hyatt Family and start your career as a **Reservations Sales **Associate **at the **Global Property & Guest Services (GPGS) in Melbourne.**

As our Reservation Specialist, you will be the initial point of contact for our guests and assist them with any questions regarding their reservations and future bookings. Your main responsibility is to generate sales for Hyatt properties worldwide.

**What You'll do**:
With your expertise, our guests will feel confident in their bookings and excited about their upcoming stays. You'll do this by providing recommendations on hotel reservations that will enhance our guests' experiences in a professional and courteous manner. You will be the initial point of contact for our guests and assist them with any questions regarding their reservations.

We believe in delivering exceptional customer service, so you'll be expected to follow established standards and frameworks to create a memorable, personalised, and unique experience for every guest. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to promote brand awareness and the World of Hyatt Loyalty Program.
