  2. Implement targeted training programs to equip team members with the skills necessary to excel in their roles.
  3. Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, maximizing upselling potential, and staying attuned to market trends.
  4. Oversee reservations operations for multiple properties, ensuring accuracy of bookings, billing instructions, and group rooming lists.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide seamless guest experiences.
  6. Maintain daily arrival monitoring, same-day selling procedures, and waitlists to optimize occupancy and revenue.
  7. Analyze reservation data and forecasts to inform business planning decisions.
  8. Address escalated guest issues with professionalism and resolve disputes according to established brand standards.
  9. Develop and manage departmental schedules, allocating resources effectively to meet business objectives.

About You :

  • Proven experience in leading reservations, sales, or front office teams within hospitality.
  • Strong ability to coach, motivate, and develop teams to achieve results.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Commercial acumen with a deep understanding of revenue management and market trends.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at problem-solving.
  • Driven, adaptable, and confident working in a fast-paced cluster environment.
