**Position Summary**:

- Lead, mentor and inspire the Cluster Reservations team to achieve sales and service excellence
- Develop, implement and oversee training programs to ensure team members succeed in their roles
- Actively drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, maximising upselling potential and monitoring market trends
- Manage reservations operations for multiple properties, ensuring accuracy of bookings, billing instructions and group rooming lists
- Collaborate with Sales, Events and Operations teams to deliver smooth and successful guest experiences
- Monitor daily arrivals, same-day selling procedures and waitlists to optimise occupancy and revenue
- Review and analyse reservation data and forecasts to support business planning
- Handle escalated guest issues with professionalism and resolve disputes in line with brand standards
- Create departmental schedules and manage resources effectively to meet business needs

**About You**:

- Proven leadership experience in reservations, sales or front office within hospitality
- Strong ability to coach, motivate and develop teams to deliver results
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-first mindset
- Commercially focused with strong understanding of revenue management and market trends
- Highly organised with sharp attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Driven, adaptable and confident working in a fast-paced cluster environment
