We have an exciting opportunity for an Investor Services Associate in our Sydney CBD offices. At Automic you will join a growing, innovative technology company within the share registry market in Australia. Our highly regarded and experienced team are committed to delivering a customer-focused registry experience.

**Seniority**

Entry Level - A role for someone with underlying potential, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically no direct experience is required.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Query Handling - Address and resolve queries, questions, and problems to ensure positive customer outcomes and experiences
- Complaints Resolution (online / live chat) - Log, investigate, and resolve customer dissatisfaction or problems via online platforms, to improve negative customer experiences
