About the position

As an Investor Relations Associate at Qualitas Limited (ASX: QAL), you'll play a key role in supporting our communication and engagement with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders across both Qualitas Limited and the Qualitas Real Estate Income Fund (ASX: QRI).

You'll contribute to the preparation of investor materials, presentations, and reports, coordinate investor roadshows and annual meetings, and provide market research and analysis that supports informed decision-making and strong market positioning. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on strategic investor initiatives and capital marktes activities.

Key responsibilities

Investor Communications & Reporting

  • Prepare and support key disclosures and materials including results presentations, annual reports, ASX announcements, and strategy day content.
  • Coordinate investor roadshows and the AGM, ensuring the Board and management are well-prepared.
  • Assist with drafting investor presentations, announcements, and reports for both QAL and QRI.

Market & Financial Analysis

  • Conduct peer benchmarking, trading analysis, and ongoing market research.
  • Maintain and update broker consensus data.
  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis and internal investor relations research.

Capital Markets & Corporate Activity

  • Support M&A and capital raising initiatives by contributing to investor documentation and coordinating with the Responsible Entity for QRI.
  • Assist in developing and executing investor and broker engagement strategies.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Liaise with brokers, analysts, and investors on a day-to-day basis.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure responsive, professional, and accurate communication at all times.

What you'll bring to the role

  • 2–3 years' experience in investor relations, corporate finance, investment banking, or Big Four advisory.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with financial modelling and analysis experience.
  • Confident communicator who can turn complex data into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg, FactSet or S&P Capital IQ.
  • A proactive mindset, sharp attention to detail, and genuine enthusiasm for capital markets and real estate.
