Investor Services Associate - Contact Centre **Description** Do you have customer service experience, and are you seeking a new job in Sydney? Apex Group is looking for a full-time customer service professional as an Investor Services Associate. This Call Centre Customer Services role is focused on handling both inbound and outbound calls to provide exemplary customer service to our clients. In your first week in this role, you can expect to: - Effectively manage inbound and outbound calls for a portfolio of funds on various clients - Provide outstanding verbal and written customer service - Be the first contact point for investors, financial advisors, and clients - Proactively monitor queues within our CRM (AWD) and ensure SLAs are met daily. - Good communication and analytical skills - An understanding and interest in financial markets - Good organisational skills - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. **About Our Company**: Apex Group Ltd ("Apex" or "the Group"), established in Bermuda in 2003, is a global financial services provider.
