**What You’ll Be Doing**:
**Lead Financial Success**: Own the P&L for the hospital, driving financial performance, reporting, and budgeting to ensure success.

**Drive Growth & Strategy**: Partner with the leadership team to shape our business strategies, ensuring we keep growing and evolving to meet the needs of our community.

**Support & Develop Your Team**: Work closely with recruitment, veterinarians, nurses, and support teams to foster a positive work culture and ensure high-quality patient care.

**Market & Network**: Collaborate with our National Marketing team to drive marketing efforts and build relationships with referring veterinary partners.

**Collaborate Across Teams**:Work alongside other hospital managers and the Greencross leadership team to optimize efficiency, profitability, and business success.
