About the Role

The Business Support Specialist is a busy and challenging role which provides accounts and administrative support to the Group IT Commercial Manager and broader IT team.

**Key responsibilities include**:
Managing the IT inbox in relation to receiving vendor invoices and allocating appropriately to members of the IT team.

Follow up of invoices allocated to specific teams across the business seeking approval in order to meet strict timelines for payments.

Create and process the approval of purchase orders.

Regular day to day interaction with internal and external stakeholders in relation to invoicing, reporting and general day to day administrative activities.

Ensure all contracts with external suppliers are managed to support efficient operations of the IT division function.

About You?

You will have a strong background in accounts payable, high volume invoicing, plus advanced Excel, plus fast and accurate data entry is essential.

You have worked in a and thrived in a fast paced and busy and deadline orientated work environment.

A structured approach with amazing organisational skills when managing many different tasks is key to success in the role plus

Calm and confident communications skills dealing with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
