What's on offer?

This is an opportunity to work as part of a team and project manage a portfolio of Greenfields projects to site with speed and accuracy.

You can expect to coordinate all required elements of the preconstruction workflow from sales acceptance through to construction whilst meeting expected timelines. You will collaborate and partner with preconstruction teams.

**Responsibilities include**:
Presenting Housing Industry Association (HIA) contracts

Supporting customers with contract queries and questions

Project manage Greenfields jobs from sales acceptance to construction

Collaborate with the operations team to achieve workflow timeframes

What can you bring?

Your experience in Project Management coupled with your passion and enthusiasm about working in the building industry will ensure your success in this role.
