**What's on offer?**

This is an opportunity to work as part of the Knockdown Rebuild team at Boutique Homes, where you will manage a portfolio of high value customers to deliver the dream of home ownership.

You will provide a first-class customer experience by project managing the pre-construction journey from sales acceptance through to construction whilst meeting expected timelines.

Responsibilities include:

- Managing your own portfolio of build projects
- Providing first-class customer service in the pre-construction phase of the journey
- Ensuring building contracts are delivered in designated timelines
- Supporting the coordination of jobs from sales acceptance to construction
- Managing internal stakeholders such as Drafting, Estimating and Approvals
