**Marketing Lead | Global Recruitment Company | Design & Architecture | Up to 120k plus super | Surry Hills with hybrid working**

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a global recruitment firm that is a niche player in the architecture and design sector. Established for over 18 years, they recruit for high-profile practices locally and internationally and have offices in London, Sydney, Melbourne, New York, Los Angeles and Dallas.

Reporting to the CEO you will lead the marketing function of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and lead the marketing strategy and the group marketing calendar, across all owned channels, paid media and events
- Develop and lead all marketing campaigns throughout the year to generate new business
- Drive and manage key social media channels and oversee implementation of content strategy
- Manage, support and coordinate a team of three marketers, based in regional offices, to deliver daily marketing activity and larger group wide campaigns
- Analyse and interpret data, producing reports and communicating findings to key stakeholders in the group regarding ROI of marketing activity

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, media or a related discipline
- Min. 6+ years’ experience working in a Marketing and Communications role
- Strategic marketing skills
- Exceptional copywriting and communication skills
- Experience in the architecture or property industry would be an advantage
- Media contacts and network ideal
- It would be advantageous to be familiar with Adobe InDesign
