In this newly created role you will be responsible for the delivery of our talent attraction programs, leveraging your expertise to help our global marketing team generate a multi-channel content strategy to reach, engage, nurture and retain our ideal talent.

**What we're looking for**

In your new role you will:

- Ensure our employer voice is consistent in each phase of the employee lifecycle - from our first contact to their first day and beyond
- Collaborate with our global creative team to develop and test optimized assets that aligned with our brand and employee value proposition
- Work collaboratively with Employee Experience and People teams to deliver consistency of voice and brand across internal initiatives
- Manage the day-to-day effectiveness of our career site to ensure talent attraction content is maintained while leveraging web trends and analytics to drive effective campaigns

Who you are
- Minimum of 5 years of recruitment/talent marketing or marketing experience
- Experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders
- Proven skills in adapting a brand strategy into targeted marketing campaigns, innovative marketing activations, project execution and analysis
- Experience executing recruitment marketing initiatives across multiple channels (e.g. job boards, career sites, social media networks), experience across APAC would be highly regarded
- Ability to be a strong team player who is strategic and thoughtful, but also hands-on and pragmatic
- Ability to take advantage of recruiting-related software, including Applicant Tracking Systems, internet resources and social media websites
- Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized; you must have the ability to effectively manage competing priorities
- Excellent research skills
- always on top of industry changes and trends
- Experienced leveraging tools and channels. Ability to partner with agencies and internal team members to optimize usage of our applicant tracking systems, CRM, CMS, and social channels. Leveraging tactics like SEO and content marketing - all paid, owned and earned media useful to achieve conversions
