Marketing Manager

The Position

We have a fantastic opportunities for a Marketing Manager (Contract role) to join on a full-time basis located in our stunning Sydney CBD office.

The position has an opportunity to rapidly advance your career working with talented and experienced mentors of the law firm.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Manage contracts and relationships to ensure optimal outcomes to price and product offerings.

2. Prepare and deliver high quality marketing collateral and communications including print, electronic and social media; including the management of company websites.

3. Attend to Business Development, Marketing, Sales, Events and Sponsorship.

4. Oversee the Firm's brand management and proactive PR and media relations.

5. Support the Firm in developing and managing strategic partnerships.

6. Execute the Firm's social media strategy to develop brand awareness as well as build a pipeline of leads.

7. Analyse and report on firm marketing metrics including divisional marketing and business development activities.

8. Source and manage all digital media including but not limited to:

9. Website creation, management and updates

10. Creation of Brands and Logos and rebranding
11. Continual improvement of SEO - Google Rankings
12. Social Media including Daily LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter posts

13. Newsletters, publications, copywriting and editing

14. Maintenance of key client marketing and business development plans.

15. Manage, update and create all marketing collateral and promotional materials.

16. Manage all PR, Client Communication Strategies, Feedback survey.

17. Coordinate and attend all firm and client networking functions, seminars & events.

18. Manage Coaching Programs for all staff in relation to:

19. Business Development,

20. Professional networking techniques, and

21. Setting and achieving goals and objectives.

22. Prepare all Tenders, Business proposals and Expressions of Interest.

23. Organise all corporate gifts, promotional items and giveaways.

24. Manage sponsorship/Community Involvement and Community Networking.

25. All other marketing and business development duties as Directed.

To be successful in either role you will require the following attributes:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Strong initiative to be pro-active, reliable and accurate (attention to detail);
• Advanced administrative and organisational skills - effectively prioritise tasks to meet deadlines;
• Ability to work autonomously, be a quick learner and multi-task;
• Presentable at all times - in person or over the telephone; and
• Demonstrate mature business acumen, discretion and respecting confidential matters of a sensitive nature.

Skills and Qualifications:

In addition, your skills and qualifications to complete the role require:

• Degree in Marketing & Communications or Diploma in Marketing equivalent;
• Marketing office experience of 5 years (in a legal office is desireable);

IT Systems -

• Marketing systems and AI Tools essential;
• Understanding of Practice Evolve advantageous (being is our practice management system for accounting and document management);
• Knowledge of intermediate to advanced level of computer skills with proficient use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Pay: $90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
