Our in-house APAC Campus recruiting team is expanding We are looking for a Campus SME to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our campus recruiting efforts. If you are looking for a fast-paced, dynamic recruiting job, we want to hear from you

You will join a team of experienced recruiters focused on hiring and onboarding top-tier talent into SIG’s university-level programs. Beyond interviewing and hiring, you will work directly with our university contacts to maintain existing relationships, as well as create new connections to expand our overall reach. Your efforts will directly impact our hiring strategy, recruiting process, and recruitment marketing & branding initiatives. We are looking for an innovative problem solver who can leverage new tools and ideas to strengthen our brand recognition, diversify our recruiting efforts, and attract the best talent.

In this role, you will be:

- Building solid relationships across all levels of our firm, with students, university career advisors, heads of departments, suppliers, and relevant recruitment industry members to ensure SIG is visible in the market and aware of the latest opportunities
- Promoting and organising events at universities nationwide to promote SIG opportunities and connect our people with talent
- Cultivating a pipeline of student talent with diversity & inclusion front of mind
- Developing digital content, managing a variety of social media channels and communication with students
- Facilitating and tailoring new marketing / employment branding campaigns with a focus on digital engagement
- Managing the nationwide recruitment process and budget for our Graduate & Intern programme
- Supporting the wider Professional Recruitment team with experienced hire recruitment
- Representing the SIG brand in the marketplace
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Campus recruitment and program management including marketing, selection, and seamless execution of quant & graduate programs.
- Delivery of recruitment plans and ensuring we lead with best practice selection tools, methodology and processes
- Keeping track of metrics and activities through data analysis and reporting
- Taking on strategic projects and collaborating with global colleagues as required

**What we're looking for**
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of five (5) years of professional campus recruiting experience, preferably within tech or financial services
- Experience working in a highly selective hiring environment
- Strong event-planning skills and evidence of successful event execution
- Strong sense of urgency and emotional intelligence
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
