**The role**
This maternity-leave contract is suited to an experienced HR professional.
With full time hours, this opportunity will see you manage the HR function across this global firm's two Australian offices.
As National Human Resources (HR) Manager, you will work closely with the firm's Australian Managing Partner and General Manager, yet be part of a significant global HR team and report directly into the Head of HR for APAC.
It's a wide-ranging role; you will manage a small team that impacts and supports the whole employee life-cycle of the firm's Australia-based people, as well as having the opportunity to be involved in regional and global projects.
You'll be responsible for HR operational activities and projects across recruitment, performance management/development and compensation, as well as other office-wide initiatives. You'll work across all levels, including offering Partner level coaching.
Your team will be based across Sydney and Perth and you will be based in Sydney, with some work from home flexibility. Occasional interstate travel will be required.
**About you**
- You will be an experienced HR Manager who offers at least three years in a senior-level HR management position.
- You will also offer experience in another large professional or financial services organisation
- Your CV will demonstrate leadership experience, strong business partnering skills and direct involvement in large HR projects and roll-outs.
- Experience working in a Partnership structure would be viewed favourably.
