Then join our team as our National Office Coordinator, working Thursdays and Fridays in a role that combines professional front-of-house duties with essential administrative support.

**This is a Maximum Term Contract until December 2026**

As our National Office Coordinator, you'll be the welcoming face of our organisation, ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional service to visitors, members, and colleagues alike. This role offers the perfect balance of structured hours and professional engagement.

**Your day will see you**:

- Providing a professional first point of contact for visitors and members
- Managing daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Coordinating with executives and senior leadership
- Maintaining office supplies and organise facilities
- Supporting organisational wellbeing initiatives
- Managing meeting schedules and corporate calendars

**About you**:

- Experience in front-of-house administration or reception
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellence in customer service and communication
- Experience supporting executive teams
- Knowledge of administrative processes and systems
