 Business growth presents us with the opportunity to hire a National Asset Coordinator – Procurement to join our Asset team.
What You Will Be Doing Day-to-Day:  
- Raise purchase orders and review invoices against purchase orders
- Negotiate with suppliers, set pricing and terms
- Source local supplies for in-factory local installations
- Ensure factory specifications match requirements
- Conduct bi-monthly stock reviews and provide recommendations for future orders
- Coordinate the procurement of new assets with suppliers and internal teams
- Prepare and share regular stock and equipment reports
- Support the Asset Team with administration and reporting as required.

What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 1–2 years' coordination experience (sales administration or similar)
- Experience or exposure to the equipment industry is highly regarded
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite with strong attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
