Business growth presents us with the opportunity to hire a National Asset Coordinator – Procurement to join our Asset team.

What You Will Be Doing Day-to-Day:

  • Raise purchase orders and review invoices against purchase orders
  • Negotiate with suppliers, set pricing and terms
  • Source local supplies for in-factory local installations
  • Ensure factory specifications match requirements
  • Conduct bi-monthly stock reviews and provide recommendations for future orders
  • Coordinate the procurement of new assets with suppliers and internal teams
  • Prepare and share regular stock and equipment reports
  • Support the Asset Team with administration and reporting as required.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 1–2 years' coordination experience (sales administration or similar)
  • Experience or exposure to the equipment industry is highly regarded
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite with strong attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
