**About the job**:
This is an ideal opportunity for a marketing coordinator with a few years experience to join our national marketing team. This is a unique position where you will undertake all general marketing activities locally and use your strengths in either **Social Media / Digital or Events / Sponsorships / Merchandise** on a national level.

Working closely with our National Marketing Manager based in Brisbane, you will coordinate the local deployment of marketing activities in our Melbourne office and work as part of a national team to execute our marketing strategy.

We have 2 exciting, fast paced roles available

In this role you will undertake the following on a local level:

- Preparation and coordination marketing materials in line with branding guidelines and strategic objectives - including but not limited to brochures, adverts, business cards, capability statements, presentations, testimonials, case studies, photography etc.
- Prepare, co-ordinate and report on distribution of external and internal communication as required
- Maintain marketing database
- Assist with the coordination of events and sponsorships
- Coordination of strategic initiatives outlined by National Marketing Manager
- Coordinate integration tasks for local office
- Maintain stock inventory of promotional merchandise for Melbourne office
- Report generation on client data and preparation of referral gratuities, as required

In addition, you will be able to choose from the following two areas to specialise in on a national basis:
**Social media / digital - nationally**
- Coordinating social media content plan
- Preparing social post / posting including social media boosting on campaigns
- Track, coordinate and report digital social media engagement to Manager
- Digital asset creation in line with guidelines - including stills, video and podcast assets
- Monitor all online activity related to our brand

OR

**Events / sponsorships / merchandise****:

- nationally**
- Coordinating in person and virtual events nationally - maintaining calendar, scheduling events, event preparation which could include assisting with invitations, RSVPs, sound checks, run sheets, presentations, event communications, powerpoint presentation support, briefing local teams and measurement etc.
- Coordination of national sponsorships -working with National Marketing Manager to leverage benefits with Chambers of Commerce and other strategic partnerships, coordinate activities, communicate with key stakeholders, measure and track outcomes
- Merchandise ordering and management

**About you**:

- Relevant marketing qualification would be ideal but not essential
- At least 1 years full time experience in marketing
- A desire to specialise in either Social Media & Digital or Events & Sponsorships & Merchandise
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
