Join us and help build the business management platform that will disrupt the market. **The Opportunity** - Operations and Architecture is a vital and impactful group, responsible for building MYOB’s digital platforms and tooling that powers and enables our developer community. - The Delivery Manager role will lead our Infrastructure Platforms domain, currently the home of the MYOB Kubernetes based runtime platform "Jupiter" and MYOB's design systems team, "Feelix". You will have the opportunity to make a huge impact continuing to build on these great platforms and find new ways to support and engage with MYOB's delivery teams. **What you’ll be doing**: As a Delivery Manager you play a meaningful role leading and managing a portfolio of technical delivery teams. With strong people leadership capabilities, you will build and empower impactful teams, providing leadership, coaching and support to ensure that quality software delivery is achieved in alignment with MYOB’s strategy. - Utilising Lean and Agile methodologies to deliver new and improved service offerings while ensuring operational excellence of the platforms and systems - Empowering cross functional teams to take accountability for the success of what they have built and are operating. - Working closely with Product and Engineering Managers, and other key partners to develop and deliver the product roadmap. - Ensure adherence to MYOB’s development and security standards - Contributes to achieving MYOB’s strategic business objectives through managing and balancing both a short-term delivery focus as well as achieving longer term objectives. **What you will bring** - Highly developed management and leadership skills in an engineering environment, with extensive experience balancing priorities, building relationships and managing effectively across the organisation. - Strong background in software development and cloud engineering. Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of developing software products in various environments from simple to complex architectures - Experience managing financial budgets and outcomes, ensuring technical delivery and commercial outcomes are aligned. - In-depth experience in implementing high performance development capabilities, utilising agile methodologies - Proven track record as a leader who supports teams and individuals through coaching, mentoring, career planning, development and performance conversations. - An advocate mentality, driving continuous improvement and efficiency across the team. **Our Culture & Benefits** - Our values have stood the test of time.
