This role has become available due to an internal promotion and international relocation. As a valued member of the leadership team, you will partner with the business ensuring best practice HR policies, practices, and solutions are delivered across the whole employee life cycle.

Reporting directly to the HR Director and working within a specialist HR team, you will be responsible for providing high quality and effective HR advice whilst delivering value-added service to leaders and employees in line with the local and global HR strategy.

You will enjoy partnering with leaders on day-to-day people matters and supporting the business with translating business strategy into people priorities. You will have the opportunity to work within a high calibre team of professionals with expert knowledge within their field. With a Centre of Excellence structure in place, you will be enabled to genuinely partner closely with the business.

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager within a global business (this is essential), with excellent remuneration and benefits, employee relations, performance management, business planning, organisational change management, and multi-tasking skills. An understanding of or exposure to electrical trades and Workday would be beneficial. You will be tertiary qualified in HR or a related discipline with a proven track record providing sound hands-on operational and strategic business partnering advice. Please note, some travel may be required.
