As the Human Resources Manager, you will support the strategic aims of the College through implementing

best practice human resources policies, programs, and procedures. The Human Resources Manager

will support the College Executive in identifying staffing needs, and in recruiting and developing high

quality employees as well as steward dispute resolution and performance management. The Human Resources Manager will manage and implement a variety of HR related special projects and have the HR Administrator/Payroll as a sole direct report.

Your key responsibilities will include;
- Ownership and development of Human Capital management strategy
- Partnering with leaders to implement and drive HR strategies and programs
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance and best practice in Human Resource management
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection of appropriate positions as required
- Liaise with and oversee the induction of new staff
- Continually develop and or review strategies for staff wellbeing at work
- Educate, coach, and assist staff in relation to engagement, mental health and wellbeing
- Provide guidance and direction on staff issues, concerns, and complaints
- Develop, update, and implement policies and procedures, guidelines and processes pertaining to employee development, retention and engagement
- Organise, develop, and run training and information sessions
- Refine and implement HR strategies for employee development, retention, and engagement
- Recommend, develop, and implement HR programs, which transform culture and improve

organisational performance
- Coach and inform Managers on best practice people management processes and employer
- obligations
- Oversee and or conduct exit interview surveys, analysing data and recommending changes
- Drive special project initiatives and perform ad-hoc tasks to achieve the College’s objectives
