One of our clients is on the search for a confident Telesales Consultant to join thier team.

Responsibilities of the role:

- Inbound and outbound telephone sales - No Cold Calling involved
- Develop and maintain customer and client relationships
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly KPI's
- Accurate data entry

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Prior experience in a Telesales role
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
- High energy levels and results orientated
- Have resilience and persistence in the face of rejection
- Professional phone manner and strong computer skills
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
