**About the role**:
The Coles Online Inbound Customer Service Agent will be responsible for taking calls from Coles Online customers and Customer Service Agents/Drivers to help them with their enquiries.
- Contract Full-Time position with strong possibility of extension
- Offering an hourly rate of $23.52 and performance-based commissions and/or bonuses (on target earnings) up to $2.00 additional per hour

But what does this mean day to day?
- Updating customers’ accounts with appropriate notes and details after the call.
- Liaise with the stores and the CSAs to assist in the delivery of the orders to the customers.
- Answering calls from the Stores and drivers to help them with their enquiries.
- Occasional outbound calls to co-ordinate the delivery of the items to the customers.

**What is Required?**
- Valid Visa with full **working rights**:

- Full time availability
- Operating hours are: Monday to Friday: 6am - 1am, and Saturday & Sunday: 7AM -10PM (Rotating roster - full availability is required)
- Proficient knowledge of MS Suite and Google Applications
- Access to a Windows 10 based PC with monitor or laptop with an I5 processor 8GB of RAM or equivalent with Antivirus installed and Windows defender switched on
- Please note that Apple Mac computers are not compatible with our systems.
- Reliable internet connection
- A headset with a microphone.
