**About the role**:
- Telesales - booking appointments for both prospective and existing clients
- Attending meetings with prospective and existing clients
- Service reviews with existing clients - what can you do to meet the needs of the client and their business to improve service levels and sales revenues
- Prospect meetings - what is the client looking for, and how can you meet those needs
- Quoting and generic tendering for projects of work
- Updating the system with associated paperwork and correspondence
- Passing on leads to other members of the team
- Working towards KPI targets around appointments/meetings booked, and revenue generated from sale of product
**About you**:
- You will have experience in either outbound or inbound call centres.
- You will have exposure to working in a sales or a warm upselling capacity.
- You will have previous experience using a database to capture customer information.
- You will be self-motivated and driven to working to KPI sales and activity targets.
- You will be both autonomous to work to personal targets, as well as comfortable working in a busy team and passing on leads where relevant.

- Brisbane CBD location - very close to all major bus and train routes
- Own transport required as you will be required to attend meetings at client sites in the Greater Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast regions.
