Chandler Macleod is currently recruiting for an experienced
**APS5 Pricing Engagement Support Officer **to join a leading Federal Government agency. This is an immediate start with a contract term of
**12 months and based in Geelong.**

**Role description**:
The
**APS5 Pricing Engagement Support Officer** will have a considerable level of contact with internal and external stakeholders and will be required to communicate with and provide advice on a range of matters to resolve moderately complex to complex enquiries.

**Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to**:

- Liaising with provider-facing teams within the Agency, developing and maintaining standard responses.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of stakeholder interactions and issues, including tracking progress and resolution.
- Collaborating with internal teams, escalating complex issues and ensuring timely resolution.
- Updating knowledge of the Agency's pricing products and policies continuously and accurately responding to inquiries.
- Contributing to process improvement efforts to enhance the experience for all stakeholders.
- Developing strong relationships with stakeholders, providing timely and accurate communications.

**Key skills required for role/s**:

- Experience in maintaining inboxes and drafting responses in a timely and professional manner
- Strong writing skills to translate complex information into easily understandable language
- Strong stakeholder management skills

**Desirable skills to have for the role/s**:

- At least 2 years of experience in customer support, technical, or a government related environment.
