**The opportunity**

Our client is a community focused federal government agency. They have an exciting opportunity available for a Pricing Engagement Support Officer to join the Economic & Pricing Branch in delivering the implementation of the Agency's pricing policy through the product catalogue and publication of pricing related documentation

12-month initial Labour Hire contracts with the opportunity to extend. APS5 level role offering an hourly rate of $55.24 + Super, these positions will be based out of Geelong.

This is a hybrid position, offering 2 days working from home, with the remaining 3 on site. 37.5-hour work weeks, with 8-hour days expected.

**About the role**:
The APS5 Pricing Engagement Support Officer is a team membership position and is accountable for organising their workflow and making independent decisions relating to an area of responsibility. The position will be required to provide policy advice within an area of specialisation with advice based on policies and legislation

**Your responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with provider-facing teams within the Agency, developing and maintaining standard responses
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of stakeholder interactions and issues, including tracking progress and resolution
- Collaborating with internal teams, escalating complex issues and ensuring timely resolution
- Updating knowledge of Agency's pricing products and policies continuously and accurately responding to inquiries
- Contributing to process improvement efforts to enhance the experience for all stakeholders
- Developing strong relationships with stakeholders, providing timely and accurate communications

- **Australian citizenship is a requirement to be eligible for this position**:

- Experience in maintaining inboxes and drafting responses in a timely and professional manner
- Strong writing skills to translate complex information into easily understandable language
- Strong stakeholder management skills
