Price Support Specialist

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in the Economic & Pricing Branch of a federal government agency.

About the Role:

The Price Support Specialist will be responsible for organising workflow, making informed decisions, and providing expert advice within a specialisation area.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with internal teams to develop and maintain standard responses
  • Maintaining accurate records of stakeholder interactions and issues, including tracking progress and resolution
  • Collaborating with colleagues to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Staying up-to-date with Agency's pricing products and policies, responding to inquiries, and contributing to process improvement efforts
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders through timely and accurate communications

Requirements:

Australian citizenship, experience maintaining inboxes and drafting responses, strong writing skills, and effective stakeholder management skills are essential.
