**1. Operations Management**:
² Overseeing day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring all programs, events, and activities run smoothly.

² Monitoring the performance of Dreamskape Centre, as well as other areas within the facility, to ensure they meet operational standards.

² Working closely with the team leaders and executive assistants to coordinate tasks and ensure seamless communication and collaboration among staff.

**2. Staff Supervision**:
² Managing the performance and responsibilities of key staff, including the team leaders and mentors, ensuring they are aligned with your expectations.

² Delegating responsibilities related to procurement, scheduling, customer service, and center operations.

² Leading staff meetings, addressing concerns, and offering ongoing professional development.

**3. Budgeting and Financial Management**:
² Tracking expenses, vendor payments, and income generated from center activities.

² Overview of the budget while improving the center’s services and offerings.

**4. Customer Relations**:
² Developing and maintaining relationships with customers, particularly in the competitive gaming space and other new ventures.

² Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints, adjusting services as necessary to ensure satisfaction.

² Organizing events or activities that appeal to your target audience to boost engagement.

**5. Safety and Compliance**:
² Ensuring that the center adheres to all legal requirements, including health and safety protocols.

² Conducting regular safety checks of all equipment and facilities, including high-tech gaming areas.

² Training staff in emergency procedures and maintaining safety logs.

**7. Facility Maintenance**:
² Overseeing the physical upkeep of the center and its specialized areas, ensuring everything is clean, functional, and safe.

² Scheduling routine maintenance, particularly for equipment in Dreamskape Centre

² Coordinating with vendors and contractors for any construction or repairs.

**8. Marketing and Promotion**:
² Working with the marketing team to promote both existing services and new ones.

² Organizing community events or gaming tournaments to build visibility and engage your target demographic.

² Using social media and digital marketing to keep the community informed about center events and activities.

**9. Reporting and Administration**:
² Preparing detailed reports on the center’s financial performance, staff productivity, and customer satisfaction for management team review.

² Managing procurement and ensuring the center has all the necessary supplies and resources.

² Implementing systems to streamline administrative tasks for efficiency.

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
