**Position: Experienced Office Manager/Administrator** **Location: Docklands VIC 3008**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including but not limited to scheduling, document management, and record keeping.
- Coordinate and maintain client records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Liaise with NDIS participants, their families, and support coordinators to address inquiries, provide information, and assist with service coordination.
- Collaborate with the finance department to manage budgets, process invoices, and monitor financial transactions related to NDIS funding.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including advertising vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with NDIS guidelines and regulations.
- Coordinate and facilitate staff training programs, workshops, and meetings.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment, ordering as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the management team as required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the disability care sector and with exposure to NDIS.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Proficient in using office software, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and experience with CRM systems.
- Knowledge of NDIS guidelines, policies, and procedures will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- A genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities and a commitment to person-centered care.

**Salary**: $30.50 - $45.00 per hour
