**About the Centre**

The Hub Docklands is part of Active Melbourne, a community facility with rooms available for hire. Rooms are available on a one-off / permanent / recurring basis for a fee - for example for events, clubs or organisations. We also manage the Docklands Sports Courts, The Flagstaff Sports Courts and Yarra’s Edge Community Space.

**About the role**
- Administrative tasks
- Conduct Centre tours and inductions with prospective customers
- Promote available programs and services
- Accurately receipt, process and balance customer payments
- Available Saturday's and Sunday's

This is a part time position and the hourly rate is $23.64.

**About you**

With our focus on providing the exceptional customer experience and always providing outstanding customer service, we will be looking for someone who is energetic, can help to create a welcoming environment and enthusiastic about helping and assisting others.

You will be working alongside our other Customer Service Officers, and will also work closely with Duty Managers to ensure smooth service and running of the facility overall.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- First Aid and CPR certificates
- Previous experience in a similar role will be advantageous
