As our Housing business continues to soar, we need a motivated, organised and driven individual to play a key role in supporting our greater Housing business and leading our dynamic IT team. You will have experience as a IT / Systems Management within a fast-paced IT Team.

Reporting to the Group Business Manager - your responsibilities will include:

  • Management of our IT support team
  • Contribute to the creation of IT initiatives across all digital platforms for Housing
  • Conduct research and remain current with the latest technologies and solutions in support of procurement efforts.
  • Analyse existing operations and make recommendations for the improvement and growth of the network infrastructure and IT systems
  • Drive IT activities and drive the coordination of IT software improvements.
  • Be cognisant of project dates and ensure all IT projects are being recorded accurately
  • Create and Provide reports as appropriate
  • Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of IT systems, including networks, data centers, servers, PCs, operating systems, and associated hardware.
  • Work with stakeholders to define business and systems requirements for new technology implementations.
  • Develop and implement all functional policies and procedures, including those for network architecture, standards, purchasing, and service provision.
  • Maintain a professional approach in all dealings with the client, face to face, telephone or written.
  • Ensure all information supplied to Management is accurate

About You

At Glenvill we believe quality is an attitude, not an outcome.

Previous experience in similar role within the residential construction Industry (desirable but not mandatory).

We anticipate that you will already possess a sound level of acumen across the Microsoft suite - including Outlook, Word and Excel.

  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience supporting IT in any aspect application, software, hardware and networking
  • Degree or Diploma qualified in Information Systems / IT Management
  • Microsoft Office – Proficient in Excel and creating data driven reports using SQL is preferred
  • Windows 11 Desktop support experience
  • Be literate with Microsoft Office 365, Windows 11
  • Ability to deal with people on a professional basis
