**Job Title: Certificate III Educator**

**Position Overview**:
As a Certificate III Educator, you will play a pivotal role in the daily operations of our centre. Working collaboratively with our experienced team, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality care and educational programs that promote the holistic development of children aged 0-6 years.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment conducive to learning and exploration.
- Implement and support the centre's educational curriculum, incorporating the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Develop positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, fostering a sense of community and partnership.
- Plan and facilitate engaging and developmentally appropriate activities that cater to the individual needs and interests of each child.
- Observe and document children's learning and development, maintaining accurate records and progress reports.
- Assist in the daily care routines, including feeding, toileting, and hygiene practices, ensuring the well-being of all children.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent qualification recognized by ACECQA).
- Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid certification (including CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with children, families, and colleagues.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, demonstrating flexibility, initiative, and a positive attitude.

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
