**Position Summary**

This position is responsible for the delivery planning and transportation by determining shipment planning for products, projects, training & marketing events; implementing, enforcing, and evaluating policies and procedures; developing processes for Shipments, Health Checks in SAP, Ensuring Shipments turnaround time (TAT), Cycle counting of inventory. Maintain files, logs, records of invoices, purchase orders and other related documentation. May assist in contacting vendors to obtain prices and schedule delivery dates.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Shipment planning and Execution of deliveries against respective shipment
i. Responsible for Domestic [90+% of volume] and Export shipments

2. Ensure on time scheduling of marketing events, including planning with Marketing

3. Ensure on time scheduling of delivery of products and gear for off-site training

4. Responsible for tracking of goods en route to their destination ensuring any problems that may arise are resolved. Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met.

5. Supporting the Transport teams management of Freight Charges and billing. This includes validation of Monthly freight bills, including escalation of high value shipments for approval

6. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

7. Prepare the statutory document (export invoices) related to shipments and comply the Government and RA Policies.

8. Weekly cycle counting accuracy of Bayswater (5150) warehouse

9. Liaise with other departments to ensure continuity of business across disciplines to support company strategies.

10. Identify Excess/Obsolete inventory and arrange disposition (0500 & 0700 locations in SAP)

11. Identify and organise Business Process Improvement projects to increase the level of customer service and the efficiency of the entire Logistics Operation

12. Ensure compliance to Ethics, Standards of Business Conduct, other RA policies and the relevant government regulations in the geography

13. Any other relevant duties as assigned by immediate Manager.

**EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE**

1. 2-3+ years of experience in Logistics, especially in warehousing and transportation.
2. Experience in working with SAP is a must - CRM, ERP, ECC & WMS -Highly regarded
3. Experience with transport management
4. Proven ability to show innovation in data analysis.
5. Past experience in Logistics, Purchasing and Inventory control
6. A desire to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes
7. Reporting capabilities highly regarded (ex. SAP, WMS, MS Office)
8. Strong active listening, written and verbal communication skills
9. Demonstrated ability to support customers (internal & external stakeholders)

**Desired**:
10. Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management/APICS
11. Prior experience of coaching and training team members on process improvements
12. Demonstrated ability to support customers (internal & external stakeholders)
