Cahoots is a leading not-for-profit organisation creating inclusive opportunities for children, teens, and young adults with disability. Through our camps and recreation programs, we empower participants to connect, learn, and celebrate in safe and supported environments.

We’re looking for a Service Coordinatorto design and coordinate high-quality camp and recreation experiences for participants who require 1:1 support due to complex behavioural and/or medical needs.

**What you’ll do**

As a key part of the Operations team, you’ll:

- Plan, design, and coordinate all High Support services - including overnight camps and day programs for kids and teens.
- Manage bookings, logistics, and supplier coordination to deliver safe, engaging experiences within budget and timeframes.
- Lead the risk assessment and safety planning process for venues, activities, and service delivery.
- Collaborate with participants and families to ensure services meet diverse needs and continuously improve.
- Maintain accurate records and bookings, ensuring clear communication across teams.
- Contribute to Quality and Safeguarding processes, supporting audits and improvements aligned with NDIS Practice Standards.
- Track service costs, manage supplier invoices, and support budgeting and forecasting.

**About you**

You’re an organised, solutions-focused coordinator who thrives on creating safe, inclusive experiences for others. You’ll bring:

- Experience coordinating logistics or events, ideally in community, recreation, or disability services.
- Understanding of the NDIS Practice Standards and safeguarding requirements.
- Strong communication, planning, and decision-making skills.
- High attention to detail and confidence working both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- A valid Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening (or ability to obtain).

Desirable: Qualifications in Disability, Allied Health or Community Services.

*At Cahoots, we value flexibility and understand the importance of work-life balance. This role is based in our Bayswater office three days per week, with the remaining days worked from home. You can choose to work four full days or spread your hours across five shorter days - ideal for balancing school runs or other personal commitments.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
