This is a newly created role on the back of the HR team expansion & an huge opportunity to excel your HR generalist career
Reporting to the
**Senior HR Business Partner**, who is incredibly knowledgeable, there to support and develop your HR Career and definitely not a micromanager The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for providing professional human resources advice and support to managers and employees, with guidance from the Human Resource Business Partners.
With proven communication skills, you will build relationships internally and externally with various stakeholders over time, allowing you to provide efficient services and trusting advice to various members of the organisation. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment alongside a strong and emerging HR team.

**Role responsibilities**:
- Provide advice and support to members of the organisation in policies and procedures.
- Promote and educate the use of various HR Processes.
- Assist in the performance management of employees, this includes supporting managers in their performance management of their staff.
- Assist with investigations, disciplinary proceedings and other ER/IR cases where required.
- Manage a range of administrative tasks to support the HR team
- Contribute to HR related projects and initiatives.
- Promote activities and initiatives that assist Cameron to achieving its vision and commitments.
- Assist in the off boarding of all employees, this includes conducting exit interviews and also identify trends in the data of our leavers.
- Work with our Drug and Alcohol testing provider.
- Encourage a positive morale in the workplace including promoting the use of our EAP service.
- Interpreting Enterprise Agreement and Modern Awards.
**About you**:
This is all about having the right personality, if you're someone who is proactive, can hunt for information and not afraid to ask questions then this is for you Ideally you have:
- Degree in Human Resources or another related field or equivalent experience, desired but not essential
- Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Proven ability to constructively manage stakeholder issues to ensure positive outcomes
- Strong computer skills, including all Microsoft platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to educate others.
