An exciting career opportunity now exists for a new position as an experienced internal sales / pump applications team member to handle day to day and project inquiries from customers in the irrigation, plumbing, mining and industrial markets.

Role

The primary responsibility of the role is to work in conjunction with the Senior Internal Sales Coordinator in customer service as well as support of the external sales team through:

  • Handling of customer and supplier enquiries
  • Preparation of quotations
  • Entering of sales and purchase orders
  • Administration and logistics support for the external and internal sales team
  • Maintain a high level of customer service
  • Support the warehouse team with receivals and dispatch where required

Candidate

Ideally the candidate should possess:

  • experience in the pump industry or alternatively experience in irrigation, valves or other technical products would be considered
  • excellent customer service and communication skills with an ability to resolve technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualities

Attributes and skills essential for success in the role include:

  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • sound IT literacy particularly with the MS Office suite of products and ERP systems
  • excellent organisation skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • ability to work with all staff members and company Directors in a close knit dynamic and energetic team environment

Remuneration

Remuneration is by way of an excellent package that will be commensurate with the experience and qualifications of the successful candidate.
