This role is based in Melbourne and will report directly to the Analyst Manager, APAC.

**What You'll Do**:
- Analyse mainstream media and social media content to draw meaningful insights which help with furthering our clients' strategic communications goals
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative media data analysis
- Manage your portfolio of monthly/quarterly projects and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the delivery process
- Utilise our award-winning Meltwater solutions, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint extensively, to cover end-to-end process of extracting raw data, uncovering insights, and delivering reports in a digestible format to clients
- Play an integral role of working cohesively with your team to ensure all deliverables and tasks are completed in good quality and well within deadlines
- Brainstorm and strategise ways to evolve & improve report quality and objectives, catering to clients’ changing requirements or feedback
- Work closely and interdependently with your internal team, enterprise clients and Account Managers with a shared purpose of value-adding to clients
**Who You Are**:
- Attained Bachelor's Degree or relevant previous work experience
- Entry and graduate level / 0-1 years of relevant work experience (experience in a Client facing roles an advantage)
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, pivot tables, Vlookup and Powerpoint
- Excellent report writing skills, with experience in both qualitative and quantitative reporting
- Able to think critically - look at numbers, trends, and data and come to conclusions based on the findings
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Must be a team player
- Keen interest in current affairs, mainstream media and social media
- Strong customer focus
- Hold full, unrestricted working rights in Australia (working holiday visa is not accepted)
- Meticulous - have an eye for detail, ensure data integrity & precision, and exercise vigilance in the analysis to come to correct conclusions
- Must be comfortable working independently
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Google Studio (preferred)
