Our client is a national telco provider currently seeking a Reporting & Process Analyst to support the analysis and process improvement across their networks.
Your new role will see you work collaboratively with SMEs and facilitate workshops to determine the problem, goal, analysis approach, solution as well as presentations with multiple stakeholders involved. For the allocated critical program Reporting & Process Analyst will focus on participating in discovery and requirement gathering workshops to capture reporting specific analysis and requirements. Ideally you will also have exposure to delivering process improvements with some Lean and/or Six Sigma experience.
Skills and Experience:
- Process design, analysis, optimisation, and development experience in a technical environment
- Experience in process improvement methodologies such as lean, six sigma
- Experience in telecommunication infrastructure projects
- Experience in using process modelling tools (e.g. Signavio, Visio)
- Excellent analytical and report writing
Our client is offering an initial 6 month contract with the view to extension. Offices are based in the Melbourne CBD with work from home flexibility on offer.
