We are excited to find another enthusiastic superstar to to fill the role of Treatment Coordinator/PA for our Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Practice

Our practice of 3 oral surgeons is looking for someone flexible to work from both our Brisbane City and Everton Park locations.

The successful applicant will coordinate consultations, chairside procedures and inpatient surgeries.

This role is for someone who thrives on being busy, who is eager to learn and understands the importance of being part of a team.

**Ideal requirements**
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Patient care at the forefront, must have a friendly and welcoming personality to deal with a wide-range of patients
- Must be able to communicate effectively with patients and staff
- Ability to think on your feet, and work autonomously
- Polite front desk and phone manner, must be time efficient and capable of running busy clinics
- Understanding of medical and dental item numbers
- Experience with practice management software and willing to undertake training of our Clinic to Cloud software

**Job description**
- Organising and running clinics - answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, processing payments, liaising with other health care experts, liaising with hospitals, and discussing treatment plans with patients
- Chairside assisting may be required, dental experience is not necessary but is desired. You will be running clinic and potentially assisting on the same day, you must be able to switch between the roles effectively
- Potentially will be working with three different surgeons, must be able to adapt to their clinics
- Promote the practice to existing and new referrers, and maintain professional relationships with referrers
- Provide excellent and friendly service to our patients as the face/first impression of our practice.

This role is minimum 4 days per week.

The hours are usually from 8.30am
- 5.30pm and will vary on clinic finishing times.
