We are seeking dedicated, reliable, and enthusiastic applicants for 2 positions for an immediate start at Wickham Terrace Dental

We are seeking an Assistant Front Officer Coordinator to work a 6 day fortnight and a Dental Assistant to work a 8 day fortnight. The positions are negotiable for permanent part time or casual with one late night and no weekends

**About the role Assistant Front Office Coordinator**:

- Meet and greet patients
- Manage incoming phone calls to the practice
- Schedule patient appointments and organise the appointment book for 5 clinicians.
- Communicate bookings and patient needs with clinicians as needed
- Coordinate dental treatments for patients
- Process payments, health insurance claims and Medicare claims
- Following up of patients after treatment
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
- Excellent time management skills.
- Dynamic, motivated and passionate about the dental industry
- An eye for detail and ability to problem solve
- Ability to work within a team as well as on your own
- A positive can-do attitude
- Assist chairside as required

**About the role Dental Assistant**:

- Dental Assisting experience (cert 3 an advantage)
- Assisting one of our four dentists chair-side
- Lab work & stock control
- Demonstrate high standards of infection control and sterilisation skills
- Demonstrate a high level of computer skills

- Praktika knowledge an advantage
- Medical Reception with dental experience an advantage

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
