Account Management opportunity based in West and East Sydney Metro Area Our client is fully integrated supplier of Steel Reinforcing and building products, with an extensive network of branches supporting mining, Fabrication and Major Infrastructure projects.

As the Account Manager putting the customer first is your number one priority to ensure you are creating an exceptional customer experience as well as finding new business opportunities.

You understand teamwork is critical to achieving this success. Working in conjunction with the Area Manager you will help drive a culture of work smarter not harder, through innovation, continuous improvement, and efficiencies.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Generate new opportunities to build on existing client base
- Keen to join a high-performing team in a supportive team culture
- Strong business acumen and reporting skills

**What you'll bring**:
You are a proactive and engaging team player with a customer-centric focus, who has a passion for account management. You enjoy operating autonomously and have a high level of integrity with proven networking skills and an ability to build and strengthen customer relationships, across different construction segments.
- A proven sales record in Construction, Steel or Manufacturing industries preferred but not essential
- Develop and Maintain Customer Relationships
- Have strong time management and communication skills
- Eager to join a high-performing team and industry leader
- Willingness to learn and grow as your career develops
- Strong demonstration of achieving KPIs
- The ability to positively engage with key stakeholders
- Valid driver's license
