**More about the Role**:
As a Key Account Manager / BDM, You will be identifying and cultivating new business opportunities to accelerate revenue growth while maintaining strong relationships with the company's key clients.Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business clients.
- Maintain relationship with existing clients and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Provide exceptional support and build strong relationships with customers.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitors to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Work closely with the project management team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Represent the company professionally and uphold our values of accountability, commitment, and Safety.

**Experience, skillset and background**:

- Proven 5+ experience in sales and business development within the contracting services or industrial sector.
- Experience in managing key customers and growing sales volume and revenue.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Background or qualification within electrical / mechanical trade would be Preferable.
- A proactive and goal-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving results.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, with adaptability and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:
