We have an opportunity based at our
**Pakenham **site for a Process Improvement Coordinator that is willing to take the next step in their career

You will be a crucial team member within the Production Team; supporting the continuous improvement across the site.

**About the role**:

- Role purpose is to identify and implement improvements within the production process and team.
- Focus on material usage and waste - tracking performance, identifying opportunities and implementing improvements.
- Responsible for closing all Manufacturing Orders (MOs) daily - including stock on hand checks prior to closing MOs.
- Responsible for weekly site production stock takes and M3 updates.
- Implementation of Material Usage Variance (MUV) KPIs (including issuing accuracy) - daily and weekly review with corrective actions.
- Supporting the Continuous Improvement Manager with:

- Operational KPI management - tracking performance, identifying opportunities and implementing improvements.
- Line efficiency / ATP / UPDT / MUV / Waste / Labour.
- Shift Reports & OFS management (training / accuracy).
- Communications of KPI performance to key stakeholders.
