The Opportunity
We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll manage the end-to-end bid and tender process, helping us secure exciting new projects in the residential and education sectors. You'll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure our submissions are timely, accurate, and compelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage bids, tenders, and proposals for modular residential and education projects.
- Review tender documents and identify key deliverables, risks, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with design, estimating, procurement, and project teams to gather content and pricing.
- Maintain a bid schedule and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Prepare high-quality, professional bid documentation tailored to client needs.
- Liaise with external consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors as needed.
- Track bid outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll bring
- Experience in bid coordination, tendering, or proposals (construction or modular building preferred).
- Familiarity with residential and/or education sector projects.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in construction, business, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in modular or in-situ construction.
