Pakenham Carco has a rare and lucrative opportunity for an Used Vehicle Sales Manager to join our team in Pakenham, working out of our brand-new, state-of-the-art showroom.

As our Sales Manager, you’ll oversee a team of four sales consultants, collaborating closely with finance, operations, and call centre teams to optimise performance and customer satisfaction. You’ll lead from the front - developing talent, refining processes, and ensuring strong alignment across the sales cycle from lead generation to vehicle handover. **About Us**

Carco is part of Autoleague, one of Australia’s largest automotive retail groups, with over 25 dealerships across Victoria, Queensland, and Western Australia. Representing some of the strongest brands in the industry, including Toyota, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Isuzu, Hyundai, Kia, Volkswagen, and MG, Autoleague is at the forefront of automotive sales and aftercare services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive a high-performance culture through structured sales processes, daily coaching, and performance reviews. Ensure team targets are met and exceeded.
- Lead the charge on finance penetration and upselling of insurance and car care products. Partner with the finance team to optimise approvals and deal structures.
- Champion customer satisfaction - handle escalations, drive Google reviews, boost social media engagement, and support post-sale service retention initiatives.
- Maximise trade-in opportunities and maintain strong collaboration with the buying and valuation team. Ensure deals are structured with a focus on profitability and compliance.
- Oversee a seamless and professional handover experience. Coordinate with the delivery admin team to ensure timely processing and exceptional customer care.
- Collaborate across departments to continuously improve sales systems and documentation. Maintain structured workflows and promote operational consistency.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in managing a team, ideally within the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of the automotive industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Current unrestricted driver’s license.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and KPIs.
