Job Summary:

- Position: Project Coordinator
- Location: Victoria/Tasmania
- Industry: Solar Energy Solutions

About the role/responsibilities:

- Project management and coordination of suppliers, contracts, vendors and partners
- Reporting to the management, the Project Coordinator will manage the project team and work with various levels of leadership to ensure financial close and compliant project execution
- Manage and report on progress -cost, risk, quality, contracts, scope, schedule, etc.
- Implement, improve and maintain project management guidelines, processes, tools and procedures to ensure a structured project execution approach, minimize project risk and maximize performance
- Responsible for achieving contractual milestones and management of schedule & costs as per contracts and project baselines
- Ensure compliance with the regulations, standards and requirements
- Support business team with preparation and evaluation of offers and bids
- Monitor the project management processes and procedures

Skills and experience:

- Project management, coordination experience in an organization of repute
- At least 5 years of Project coordination experience in a corporate environment
- Proven track record of managing relationships, financials and reporting
- Excellent communication skills and successful at relationship building across a broad range of levels
- Proven track record of managing and motivating project teams
- Team player with exceptional communication skills, a self-starter with strong problem
- solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and efficiently under pressure, with the ability to prioritize and organize own work load including flexibility in working hours as projects may require
- Understanding of Solar energy is good to have, not a must
- Internationally recognized project management certification highly regarded
- Willingness to learn and build on new skills
