**About the Role**

As a Submissions Coordinator, you will support the Pre-Contracts team by assisting with non-price tender documentation. This role requires attention to detail, brand consistency, and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate the submission process by gathering information, writing content, and ensuring all requirements are met.
- Create and manage all submission collateral, including project team CVs and project profile sheets.
- Support general tender administration tasks, such as maintaining templates, formatting materials, managing document control, and building a well-organised library of tender-related information.
- Conduct thorough reviews to ensure quality and accuracy of submissions, including proofreading and editing bid documents.
- Work collaboratively across our diverse workforce and with external partners, as required.
- Implement best practices using internal InDesign templates and bid library content, in line with Pensar’s style and brand guidelines.
- Perform additional administrative tasks to ensure smooth bid team operations.

**Experience and Skills**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a bid coordination or similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to exercise initiative, work independently, and meet objectives.
