**SUBMISSIONS AND MARKETING COORDINATOR**
**BRISBANE, AUSTRALIA**:
Cottee Parker Architects have a newly created position available in their Brisbane practice for a Submissions and Marketing Coordinator. This role will be responsible for production and coordination of bid and proposal documents as well as company marketing material across both print and digital mediums, working within a deadline driven environment.

If you meet the below criteria, we’d love to hear from you:

- At least 3 years’ bid and tender management experience
- Qualifications in a design related discipline
- Online / digital asset production experience
- Strong InDesign, Adobe Suite skills
- Proficiency in a variety of design software, print and online, e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Teams and PowerPoint
- Proficiency and experience in web authoring, including knowledge of content management systems
- Proficiency in marketing software, e.g., MailChimp and PandaDoc
- Experience with corporate social media channels including LinkedIn and Instagram
- Understanding of corporate branding, graphic design and creative execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to tailor writing style for different audiences and effectively communicate complex information in an understandable form
- Planning, organisational and project management skills including the ability to prioritise workload to meet multiple deadlines and maintain attention to detail in a high volume environment
- The ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, clients and key contacts across the organisation
- Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment across international time zones / studios.
