Program Manager - Small Business Strategic Partnerships

The Alternative Routes to Market Organisation is a strategic team within Small Business Sales Organisation focused on identifying new routes to market, developing & establishing relationships with key associations, chambers of commerce’s, local IT consultants, start-ups and entrepreneurial hubs to promote our end to end solutions at Dell Technologies.
What you’ll achieve
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for growth and transformation in enabling sales to hit their targets by developing programs, processes and tools to improve productivity and customer experience. A bridge between sales and other functions, we use our expertise to evaluate and implement improvements to sales programs and processes. Put simply, we make sure program execution to our customers is as simple and seamless as possible, delivering the best customer experience.
You will:
- Own scoping of business requirements, project management, and implementation of sales programs, identifying, investigating and analysing business process and implementing changes using tools, achieving within established timelines and budget
- Develop business case and ROI documentation to support budget/resource asks for program development
- Own program, project, and tool implementation across all relevant functions internal and external to Dell, establishing cross-functional core team to deliver on project milestones and deliverables
- Provide updates on all projects to executive leadership on a regular basis
- Act as liaison from sales team to key cross-functional areas for ongoing partnership and development of shared strategic roadmap
- Create, maintain drive adoption of a sales processes that encompasses all critical detail to deliver results and accountability with user training and documentation
- Interact with global peers for benchmarking opportunities and focus areas to improve program performance using data and insights
- Act as a central reference and information source to support and execute on company GTM evolution and new solutions

Essential Requirements
- 12+ Related experience as a program manager or operations manager with proven ability to run multiple projects with established results
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to maximize relationships, positively influencing all colleagues, stakeholders, executives and partners cross multiple countries and time zones
- Strong business and financial acumen to associate ROI with programs/project, develop business investment cases, and communicate impact to the business for leadership updates and support
- Proficiency in productivity tools for Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Effective organisational, multi-tasking and time management skills
- An innovative and creative spirit, to enjoy the considerable diversity of the role
- Analytical capability to review large sets of data to help make or support decisions, as well as measure success of the project or program
- Experience in business development to provide strategic ability to identify new opportunities and programs/projects
Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree
