**Overview**:
xDNA, a proud member of the Downer Group, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead our Digital Maintenance Management product line within RTS Digital. This role is pivotal in establishing product expertise, encompassing sales, commercial, and delivery capability, and becoming the single point of contact for our customers.

The Digital Maintenance Management product line optimally manages all aspects of rolling stock assets, including maintenance tasks, inventory, and workforce. This product line will be upgraded or replaced under the RTS digital strategy, which will underpin the growth of our customer base. This is a full-time, permanent role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Establish and grow the delivery and knowledge capability for the maintenance management product line.
- Lead the development, standardisation, and execution of project delivery for our customers.
- Serve as an integral part of the sales and consulting process, leading a team of SMEs.
- Develop and manage project methodologies, templates, and artifacts for successful delivery.
- Create and maintain product marketing materials, service descriptions, and implementation pricing.
- Manage customer interactions, end-to-end delivery, and sub-suppliers.
- Support sales with knowledge of SaaS products, integration, and product functionalities.
- Deliver successful customer implementations, including onboarding and change management.
- Define phases, gates, and methodologies for delivery.
- Outline roles and responsibilities of stakeholders, including Downer, IBM, Danburykline, and customers.

**Qualifications**:

- 10+ years of experience in program delivery roles for IT consulting services, IT managed services, and/or SaaS platforms.Proven experience in developing delivery processes and artifacts within product lines.
